The following story is a mere work of F I C T I O N, meaning it is 100% made up. None of the situations described here ever happened, and even if they did, I have no way of knowing. This is not about spreading rumours or, worse, libel. The people portrayed in this story are real, but I am NOT claiming they did what I wrote. I use their "public personas" and build stories around them as if they were fictional characters.

Justify My Love

Written for Jayfiend's birthday.

Waiting.
Minutes, hours filled with faces he didn't want to see, voices he didn't want to hear. Tension growing palpable after the show, insults, curses. It didn't feel right. Sitting alone in his room listening to the regular pattern of the rain falling outside. Smoking.
Waiting.

Knock on the door. "Yeah?"

"It's me."

Jay stubbed out the butt of his cigarette in the glass ashtray sitting graciously on the hotel table and got to the door. A very familiar sight confronted him as he opened.

Bobby stepped inside, the hint of a smile dawning on his face as he looked up sideways at the singer before going to the window. The door clicked shut. "It's still raining." He could see Jay's reflection moving on the glass, getting bigger and more defined as he approached, finally standing behind him and putting his arms around his waist, head rested on his shoulder. "You sounded really mad earlier, I thought I'd pissed you off for real this time."

Jay sighed. "I'm tired, Bobby. Tired of having to pretend we fight every other night so you can have an excuse to come to my room." He squeezed the man in his arms a little harder, nuzzling his face into his neck. "I want to be able to hold you like this all the time."

"You know we can't." Bobby turned and took his face in his hands. "I'd love to, but..."

"I know." Jay murmured leaning into his touch. "Sorry."

Bobby smiled and pulled him closer. He moaned inwardly at the softness of Jay's lips on his, the hands on his waist now moving slowly along his sides, roaming freely from his hips to the small of his back as his own hands stroked Jay's jaw and neck, ran down his shoulders and biceps, exploring gently before going back up.

"Bed?" Jay nodded against his lover's ear, refusing to open his eyes or disentangle himself from his body. They sat on the mattress and Bobby reclined back, pulling the singer on top of him. Brief kisses on his lips, chin, throat. "Look at me." Hazel irises finally focused on his face, mouth open just a bit. The drummer's fingers slowly worked at the buttons of Jay's shirt, sliding the garment out of the way as they were all undone. "Dominate me."

Burning.
Rising from his stomach to his brain, running in his veins, underneath his skin. Only Bobby could make him feel like that: scared, euphoric and out of his mind. Clothes were quickly removed and scattered on the floor, hands and lips free to touch and taste. Not a word, not a coherent thought, only the unstoppable need to be together, close, closer, Bobby lying on his stomach gripping the sheets, face buried in the pillow to muffle any sound. Until the room grew quiet again, pants and sobs slowly going back to normal breathing.
Silence.

"Gotta go." Arms holding him tighter, face pressed against his chest. "Jay..."

"I know." One last lingering kiss, eyes cast down as Bobby got up and put his clothes back on, went to the door.

A sigh.

And he was gone.
